That’s exactly why I’m here. Whether you're brand new to strength training or just coming back after a break, I’ll coach you through safe form, smart progressions, and build your confidence along the way.


Yes! I offer online coaching and digital programs for clients across the U.S. You'll get custom training plans, nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins, and progress tracking—no matter where you train. 


I do. In-home training is available for local clients who prefer to train privately or have limited access to a gym. I bring the coaching to you.


Yes. I offer nutrition coaching alongside training, or as a standalone service. Whether you’re looking to lose fat, gain strength, or fuel athletic performance, I’ll help you build simple, sustainable habits that support your goals. 


Online coaching includes personalized programming, weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and direct support. Digital programs are downloadable, structured plans you can follow independently—great if you’re self-motivated and want flexibility.


 

Yes. I help current and future service members prepare for:

  • Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT)
  • Navy Physical Readiness Test (PRT)
  • Marine Corps Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
  • Air Force Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA)

Whether you need to pass a test or improve operational fitness, I’ll build a plan to get you there.


Absolutely. I work with firefighters, EMTs, and law enforcement officers to prepare for the CPAT and other job-related physical tests. I coach strength, endurance, and movement efficiency to help you pass—and stay mission-ready for the job.


 Yes—and it’s one of the most important things you can do as you age. Strength training helps improve bone density, balance, and stability. I work with elderly clients to safely build strength, reduce fall risk, and improve quality of life through movement.


 I train clients starting at age 12 and up. That includes middle school athletes, high school competitors, college-bound students, adults, and seniors. Programs are customized by age, experience, and training goals. 


All in-person sessions are held at Anchor Athletics and Strength in Concord, NH. I also offer online training programs for athletes nationwide who want to follow a structured plan on their own schedule. 


The best athlete programs train both strength and speed together. My Athlete Training Program combines explosive power development, sprint technique, and age-appropriate lifting to help middle school and high school athletes improve performance and reduce injury risk.
