The Ford Fitness Athlete Training Program is designed for middle school, high school,
and college athletes who want to perform better on the field, on the court, or on the mat.
We train in small groups at Anchor Athletics and Strength, focusing on real
performance... not just sweat.
You’ll develop explosive strength, speed, agility, coordination, and confidence... while
learning how to train like a serious athlete.

Corey uses those moments to teach lessons about accountability, discipline, and self-respect. He checks in on what they’ve eaten, reminds them to stay hydrated, and explains why nutrition, protein intake, and recovery matter just as much as what happens in the gym.
At Anchor Athletics & Strength, where the program is based, many people associate the gym with powerlifting — but Corey’s Athlete Training Program adds a whole new dimension.
