Nope. I work with athletes at all levels—from total beginners to experienced lifters. Whether it’s their first time under a barbell or they’ve already trained, I meet them where they’re at and coach from there.
Speed is a skill—and we train it like one. Expect sprint mechanics, sled work, plyometrics, and change-of-direction drills built into every week. Athletes improve their acceleration, explosiveness, and overall movement control.
Absolutely. I’ve helped dozens of athletes prepare for varsity tryouts, college showcases, and combine testing. We build both the body and the mindset they need to stand out and stay ready.
This is a small-group format with individualized coaching. Athletes get personal feedback while training alongside other driven teammates. It builds accountability, competition, and confidence in a high-energy environment.
All sessions are held at Anchor Athletics and Strength in Concord, NH—a performance-focused gym where I train my lifters, general population clients, and every athlete who walks through the door.
Yes. I offer both digital programs and custom online coaching for athletes across the country. You’ll get structured plans and feedback—even if you’re training from your home gym or school facility.
